about
I research strategic decision-making with AI: how people use AI systems when they reach decisions, and under which conditions relying on them is justified. That puts me somewhere between decision-making, explainable AI and trustworthy AI.
I studied Informatics at the Technical University of Munich and moved to St. Gallen in 2026 for my PhD.
Alongside my studies I worked in Product Management at Check24 and in AI Strategic Partnerships at SAP among others. I spent a good part of my free time in student organizations. As Vice President of the TUM Blockchain Club I was the main organizer of a student-run Web3 conference with more than 1000 participants, and I co-founded the EuroTech Federation, a network for entrepreneurs, researchers and young professionals in European deep tech. In St. Gallen I organize wine events for students with Sapientia per Vinum.

solizer
Solizer is the name I have used online for years: for gaming, email, GitHub (SolizerCodes) and most other things. It comes from sol, the sun. I picked it as the solar counterpart to my best friend's gamertag, Lunarion, from luna, the moon. That is why this site lives at solizer.dev, and why the o in my name carries the sun symbol.
